Lead Visa’s Acceptance Products strategy and go-to-market execution for the seller-side ecosystem across AUNZPI. Drive scalable acceptance growth by defining market priorities, translating needs into platform and operational plans, and shaping seller value propositions and sales playbooks. Oversee acceptance network health, governance for rules/waivers and fee amendments, measure impact via KPIs, and build strategic partnerships with acquirers, ISVs, fintechs, and platforms to expand acceptance reach.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of the market Acceptance strategy aligned to multi-year market plans using Visa platforms and capabilities.
•Provide oversight of acceptance network health, identifying gaps and driving actions to improve coverage, performance, and scalability.
•Define market priorities and influence regional Acceptance roadmaps, ensuring local requirements are incorporated early.
•Drive a product-led go-to-market strategy across priority segments and seller use cases, translating market needs into prioritized plans for platform and operational changes, commercialization, and enablement.
•Own governance for seller-side rules and waiver processes and drive change management for seller-side program and fee amendments; track adoption and impact via KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience in the payments industry across product strategy, product management, commercialization, or solution leadership.
•Deep understanding of merchant acceptance, acquiring, payment networks, and seller ecosystems, including ISV and SMB environments.
•Strong communication skills to convey complex topics to diverse audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
•Proven experience leading and commercializing complex product portfolios with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly valued.
