Job Summary

Own onboarding and leadership learning programs while partnering with regional teams to deliver squad-level learning strategies. Conduct learning needs analysis and use data to support MBRs/QBRs, maintaining a global learning calendar and driving engagement in global initiatives. •Maintain a global learning calendar and coordinate with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locations.

•Enthusiasm for collecting, processing, and applying data to improve workflows and learning outcomes.
