Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll customers to transition payroll requirements to Remote’s payroll products and services.
  • •Analyze customers’ payroll needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • •Direct and manage implementations, including collecting required payroll and employee data and configuring the Remote Global Payroll system per customer and legal entity.
  • •Coordinate parallel payroll runs, reconcile wage-based taxes, verify payroll/tax setup for statutory compliance, and support payroll go-live.
  • •Communicate with customers and internal teams, provide support and training, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to process documentation and platform improvements via UAT testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of global payroll implementation experience with statutory tax regulations and payroll processing knowledge.
  • •Several years of global payroll technical implementation setup experience on local payroll software.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end global payroll and HR processes, including payroll operations and statutory requirements.
  • •Experience with accounting reconciliations and working with multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.
  • •Proficient data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, plus fluency in English.
