Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, review, and modify contractual instruments to support business activities.
  • •Represent the company in court and coordinate with management and external counsel when required.
  • •Draft and vet legal documents, coordinate with panel lawyers, and ensure legal soundness.
  • •Coordinate government clearances, liaise with government offices and authorities, and maintain records and follow-ups.
  • •Coordinate arbitration proceedings and provide required documentation to appointed advocates; track cases and advise management.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 4 years in GCC countries.
  • •Strong experience in legal documentation for contracts, tender documents, due diligence, and related agreements (MOU/JVs, development, lease, license).
  • •Knowledge of applicable laws including civil, criminal, labor, and consumer laws, and general litigation exposure.
  • •Complete knowledge of local legal matters and their applicability, including government acts and document registration.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
