Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of accessories styles (cut and sew and hard goods) from concept through production, aligning with quality, construction, margin, and calendar goals.
  • •Own assigned styles and development tasks with guidance from the Manager.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Production, and Color teams to maintain product integrity from prototype to final approval.
  • •Manage style-level development tracking, seasonal WIPs, and key milestone follow-up.
  • •Maintain PLM data (general style page, BOMs, cost sheets) and review cost sheets to analyze costing details and support margin goals, including communicating with vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in accessories.
  • •Knowledge of product construction, testing protocols, and product lifecycle timelines.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
