  • •Formulate and execute marketing/leasing strategies to optimize rental income and operational performance of assigned assets.
  • •Enhance asset positioning to improve cash flow and asset value via asset enhancement initiatives.
  • •Prepare and manage annual property budgets and reports covering financial performance of each assigned asset.
  • •Support the Investment Team with annual asset valuation exercises by providing necessary property details.
  • •Coordinate with external property/building managers and managing leasing agents to ensure proper maintenance and maximum occupancy.

  • •Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
  • •At least 4 to 6 years of experience in asset management in Singapore.
  • •Proficient in financial modeling.
