Key Responsibilities

  • •Design Excellence - Produce high-quality design work that meets client requirements and industry standards, taking responsibility for your own delivery and of that of a wider team.
  • •Project Management Awareness - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution, monitor programme performance vs baseline and identify blockers.
  • •Quality Assurance - Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard through thorough reviews and checks, providing feedback to junior staff where required.
  • •Team Collaboration and Communication - Take ownership of elements of project work with junior staff and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • •SHE Compliance - Develop Design Risk Assessments and Project SHE Plans to integrate safety and environmental considerations into all project phases.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent)
  • •Actively working towards professional accreditation
  • •Some experience within the water or wastewater industry
