Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects to shape enterprise transformation initiatives through AI and the Salesforce platform.
  • •Define scalable end-to-end architectural patterns for the Salesforce suite, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.
  • •Lead modernization efforts to bridge legacy systems with cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
  • •Design and govern Agentforce architectures, including agentic workflow design, multi-agent orchestration, and agent lifecycle management across enterprise deployments.
  • •Establish AI governance frameworks and provide architectural governance/delivery oversight, including publishing transformation guides, blueprints, and reference models.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles, focused on cloud transformation and AI integration.
  • •Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies such as predictive modeling and LLMs, plus ethical AI practices in enterprise settings.
  • •Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org/hybrid cloud architectures.
  • •Experience designing and governing autonomous agents in enterprise environments, including Agentforce and Agent Builder.
