Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules so projects can be executed efficiently.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Assess impacts to critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team; monitor schedule deviations and variances.
  • •Prepare and provide periodic schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis; maintain scope change records affecting schedule performance; regularly review schedules with team members to ensure timely, accurate data incorporation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field).
  • •5+ years as a planner/scheduler on capital projects, including design and construction phases.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
  • •Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Construction industry experience is required; additional life sciences experience is strongly preferred.
