Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead CNC machining, surface treatment, and manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
  • •Manage production planning, capacity, manpower, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
  • •Ensure production readiness for new products, including tooling, processes, materials, and manufacturing documentation.
  • •Oversee third-party engineering and industrialization partners to ensure timely technical support.

Key Requirements
