Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day finance operations and end-to-end accounting for assigned entities, including transaction booking, payment and expense review, and cash monitoring.
  • •Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, ensuring journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and reporting schedules are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Prepare and review management accounts, statutory financial statements, Group reporting packages and variance analyses in accordance with IFRS/HKFRS and Group policies.
  • •Reconcile bank, exchange, wallet, digital asset, trading and intercompany balances, and coordinate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Handle statutory audits and tax reporting for assigned entities, including preparation of audit schedules and timely responses to enquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or a professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, audit or finance operations; Big 4 and commercial experience in financial services, fintech or digital assets preferred.
  • •Strong hands-on experience in financial close, multi-entity reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory audits and management reporting.
  • •Sound knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS; experience in accounting for digital assets is an advantage.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
