Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions timely and efficiently while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience by conducting complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying opportunities via IRM activities and referrals.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
