Job Summary

Lead North America fleet strategy for roughly 5,000 fleet drivers across the U.S. and Canada. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to operationalize fleet programs, improve policies and governance, and deliver analytics for monthly and quarterly reporting. Own fleet budget planning/forecasting, vendor and supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and executive vehicle programs—driving fleet performance, KPI attainment, compliance, and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead fleet strategy, policy, governance, and roadmaps, optimizing fleet policies and vehicle eligibility criteria while aligning with Finance, business stakeholders, and EHS/Safety.
•Manage fleet operations through third-party service providers to drive service excellence, KPI attainment, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization across the fleet lifecycle.
•Own fleet financial performance, including budget planning/forecasting, reporting and analytics, and executive vehicle programs.
•Manage supplier and vendor relationships and lead contract negotiations to maximize value, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
•Develop analytics that support monthly and quarterly reporting to drive effective fleet performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,000 - 148,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree) in areas such as business, process optimization, accounting, or equivalent.
•Proven experience managing large-scale fleet programs and vendor relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using strategy and analytics to drive fleet performance.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development, or equivalent.
•Ability to perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements for the position with or without accommodation.
•Ability to lead fleet strategy, policy governance, and optimization of fleet policies and vehicle eligibility criteria.
