Job Summary

Support fast-growing product manufacturing by identifying and resolving recurring board-level issues through root-cause and failure analysis. Develop corrective and preventive actions, lead problem-solving workshops, and monitor solution effectiveness over time. Provide expert guidance on complex manufacturing challenges, document best practices, and update processes to reflect improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to improve yield, aging, event alert, and OCAP/DOE bug resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and address recurring manufacturing issues using comprehensive root-cause analysis.
•Perform detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine root causes of defects and performance issues.
•Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for persistent production problems.
•Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to gather cross-functional input and build solutions.
•Define yield handling, aging, event alert, and OCAP leading for DOE to solve bugs; monitor solution effectiveness and update processes.

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering, or Engineering Science/Physics.
•5+ years of experience in backend product manufacturing for consumer or enterprise board-level products.
•Deep technical knowledge of hardware for consumer/enterprise board-level products and failure analysis.
•Proven experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, particularly at the board level.
•Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma/process improvement methodologies.

Experience:5+ years

Education:High School in EE, CE, Systems Engineering, Engineering Science/Physics
