Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and address recurring manufacturing issues using comprehensive root-cause analysis.
  • •Perform detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine root causes of defects and performance issues.
  • •Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for persistent production problems.
  • •Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to gather cross-functional input and build solutions.
  • •Define yield handling, aging, event alert, and OCAP leading for DOE to solve bugs; monitor solution effectiveness and update processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering, or Engineering Science/Physics.
  • •5+ years of experience in backend product manufacturing for consumer or enterprise board-level products.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of hardware for consumer/enterprise board-level products and failure analysis.
  • •Proven experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, particularly at the board level.
  • •Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma/process improvement methodologies.
