Job Summary

Own and advance employee experience priorities across EMEA by translating enterprise direction into locally relevant plans. Partner with leaders and internal communications to align messaging, using employee and leadership feedback to surface themes and drive visible progress. Help shape EMEA employee experience forums, strengthen BRGs and community partnerships, and manage external inclusion-focused relationships while applying strong regional judgment for local market fit.

•Translate enterprise employee experience priorities into clear regional plans for EMEA with locally relevant judgment.
•Build trusted stakeholder relationships with leaders and internal communications to align employee experience work to regional priorities.
•Use feedback, survey insights, and other inputs to identify themes and recommend actions that turn listening into visible progress.
•Help shape local EMEA Employee Experience Forums to surface themes, strengthen market connection, and maintain momentum.
•Partner with EMEA BRGs and local forums to strengthen planning, governance, budgets, and engagement, including external partnership management for inclusion efforts.

•Experience partnering with employee communities, inclusion efforts, or culture-building initiatives in a practical, business-connected way.
•Use employee listening and qualitative/quantitative data to identify themes, recommend actions, and track progress.
•Ability to adapt enterprise priorities into practical approaches reflecting local markets, cultures, and business contexts.
