Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incoming AOG and Critical Exchange Orders from FHS customers to ensure components are released and delivered within contractual lead times.
  • •Identify customer needs, gather additional information, analyze delay impacts, and provide progress feedback by priority timeline.
  • •Propose suitable solutions within the FHS supply chain by reviewing airworthiness certification and component location; ensure compliance with quality/airworthiness requirements for relevant civil aviation authorities.
  • •Launch RFQs to OEMs and source in the open market when needed; compare quotations, place purchase orders, and negotiate with Airbus Approved Vendors to improve pricing.
  • •Operate end-to-end process monitoring, maintain accurate data in Airbus IT systems, manage customer communications under SLA, report status, evaluate root causes for lead-time overruns, and support process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related industry.
  • •Strong understanding of airworthiness and aviation regulations, and knowledge of export control regulations.
  • •Knowledge of procurement processes and maintenance/logistics standards and procedures.
  • •Ability to work on shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays (24/7).
  • •Fluent in English; Mandarin or French is an added advantage.
