Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery across a portfolio of VA telehealth applications, coordinating engineering, UX/UI, integration, training, and help desk teams.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program plans (roadmap, risk, and status reporting) and proactively escalate blockers and risks.
  • •Oversee Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) across multiple teams to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage vendor and integration partner deliverables against quality standards and contractual commitments.
  • •Supervise and develop direct reports in a matrixed environment, and maintain trusted relationships with VA stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, scientific, or healthcare discipline and 15+ years of experience (or commensurate 7–10 years program/product management experience in healthcare IT/federal technology).
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent products/projects in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
  • •Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery, including roadmap development and measurable outcome definition.
  • •Strong stakeholder management to align priorities and manage expectations across diverse groups.
  • •Clearance required: Public Trust clearance eligibility (or active clearance).
