Job Summary

Optimize factory and lab operations for demand/capacity planning in quality and reliability services. Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and optimize end-to-end demand and capacity plans for quality and reliability lab operations, including failure/material analysis and reliability validation workflows.
•Build and manage capacity models using industrial engineering methods to identify bottlenecks and over/under-capacity conditions and recommend optimizations.
•Design and implement a KPI framework for lab operations (throughput time, utilization, quality yield, cost per test, equipment effectiveness) and related reporting.
•Build automated KPI dashboards and reporting pipelines with Power BI, Python, and SQL, integrating KPI data streams from MES and other IT platforms.
•Support QMS process design and continuous improvement in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025, and collaborate on equipment purchases, layout changes, and workflow improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/manufacturing engineering (or related) with 6+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing operations experience, or a master's with 5+ years.
•Proficiency in capacity planning and factory operational planning.
•Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
•Experience with Python and/or SQL (including SQL/PF), Power BI, and building interactive operational dashboards.
•Expertise in data analysis and modeling tools for manufacturing or lab operations optimization.
