Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical research breakthroughs and architecture/process design of pressure and force sensors.
•Promote the technical implementation and problem-solving of the sensor development NPI projects.
•Lead competitive analysis of force sensors and load cells.
•Actively engage with customers to VOC and define key technical requirements for NPI/RD projects.
•Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of mass-produced sensor products.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in a sensor-related field (Doctorate is a plus)
•At least 3 years of sensor development experience
•Deep understanding of pressure/force sensing technologies and structural design
•Knowledge of sensor signal processing principles and hardware architecture
•Understanding of sensor materials mechanics and the relation between designs and parameters
