Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including teller activities, account opening support, ATM balancing, and night depository processing.
  • •Ensure accurate, efficient transaction processing and consistent execution of service standards.
  • •Schedule and coordinate staffing for appropriate coverage; mentor, coach, and support employee development.
  • •Serve clients by resolving inquiries and complaints and guiding them to appropriate products and services; drive sales through service to support scorecard performance.
  • •Maintain and reinforce branch policies and procedures, support fraud prevention awareness, and prepare required control and compliance reporting (e.g., monthly audit and quarterly FDICIA reports).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related banking role.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills to build trust and deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • •Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capability, with working knowledge of bank products and services, operating policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Requires active Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration, or ability to secure registration upon hire, contingent upon successful completion of a credit report review.
