Job Summary

Lead project support and services contracts for defense equipment and systems, acting as a strategic interface between the group and the military client. Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure contract execution (financial performance, offers and projects processes), and run internal/external progress meetings and reporting. Support innovation and export maintenance (MCO) efforts, act as the client contact, and contribute to capturing opportunities for amendments and new markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the trusted interface between the group and the military client, translating operational needs and supporting the circular-economy offer.
•Pilot multidisciplinary teams (engineering, support, production, and lot management).
•Ensure proper contract execution, including financial performance and adherence to offers and project processes.
•Organize and facilitate regular internal/external progress meetings and reporting with stakeholders.
•Be the client point of contact and support opportunities related to contract amendments, as well as participate in innovation and MCO export projects.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5) with experience managing lots or projects supporting equipment and systems.
•Experience in project/lots leadership within support of equipment and systems.
•Professional English and an “habilitation secret défense” (classified defense clearance) required.
•Knowledge of HF and VHF radiocommunications and international client relationship experience are a plus.
•Ability to pilot projects including client relationship, contract management, and financial management (CA, cash, invoicing, receivables).
