Order Handler (German speaking)

Manage customer orders end to end by accurately entering and updating orders, confirming receipts, and proactively communicating shipment status and potential delays. Coordinate and process order changes to meet customer and business requirements, expedite with factories and internal partners for on-time delivery, and maintain close collaboration with customers, sales, and stakeholders. Also process and issue invoices and identify continuous improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
