Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with GACA regulations and company policies.
  • •Exercise command authority and responsibility for all flight operations and crew members onboard.
  • •Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, discipline, and decision-making at all times.
  • •Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead and manage the flight deck and cabin crew; monitor weather/conditions/performance and report hazards, incidents, or irregularities; represent flyadeal professionally during duty and layovers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4000 total flying hours on A320 or turbojet aircraft above 30 tons (FMC / EFIS / Glass Cockpit).
  • •Minimum 2000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on A320 or similar category aircraft.
  • •Valid ICAO ATPL (GACA license preferred or convertible).
  • •Current A320 Type Rating and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (GACA / EASA / FAA equivalent).
  • •Minimum English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4; no history of accidents/serious incidents; clear criminal record.
