Job Summary

Drive growth for a creator platform by designing and executing acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across creator profiles, content verticals, and regional markets. Build growth mechanisms such as recruitment campaigns, onboarding flows, incentive programs, and activation experiences. Own channel KPIs (creators active, activation rate, retention, content published, NMV, engagement), and translate insights into agile actions. Partner with Product, IT, and Local Marketing to align initiatives with the platform roadmap and go-to-market priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute growth strategy for the creators base, focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention across creator profiles, content verticals, and regional markets.
•Develop growth mechanisms to accelerate platform adoption, including recruitment campaigns, onboarding flows, incentive programs, and activation experiences by creator profile.
•Monitor creator-channel KPIs (active creators, activation rate, retention, content published, NMV generated, engagement) to spot deviations, opportunities, and actions quickly.
•Collaborate with Product, IT, and Local Marketing to align growth initiatives with the platform roadmap and ensure consistent regional execution.
•Build segmentation and prioritization models to concentrate investment and activation efforts on creators with the highest potential impact, and contribute to creators go-to-market strategy.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in growth, performance marketing, and building ecosystems or managing digital communities, ideally for content platforms, creator economy, or social commerce.
•Advanced analytics skills, including strong SQL, BI tools, and the ability to build business-oriented creator prioritization and segmentation models.
•Ability to structure and execute end-to-end initiatives with clear prioritization, agility, and impact in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
•Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority (Product, IT, Local Marketing, Finance).
•Ability to present executive-ready narratives and strategies, translating data into actionable decisions for senior leadership, with an AI-first mindset using generative AI tools.
