Production Manager Trainee 1

Learn and demonstrate competence across all farm department areas, including breeding/farrowing and nursery/finishing, while becoming certified in company systems and pork industry standards. Perform and master hourly roles under supervision, develop and share improvement reports, and ensure compliance with environmental laws and company IPS, biosecurity, animal welfare, and EMS policies. Progress through a Manager Training program and act as HOD as needed, including on-call response during emergencies.
