Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in the project management team for design management under the guidance of a Senior Design Manager.
  • •Take responsibility for design-management sub-areas within general planning, across possible task areas.
  • •Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary overall coordination and control across disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor and ensure compliance with construction costs, timelines, and contractually owed services.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality, coordinating with clients, engineers, construction contractors, and other specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Architecture or a comparable field
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience since Master’s/Diploma, including at least 4 years in LPH 3–4 and another 4 years in LPH 5
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering planning projects in the German market and ideally internationally
  • •Initial experience leading a planning team and supporting project management
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, with fluent German and English skills
