Job Summary

Build the render pipeline behind AI Social: an AI agent that creates on-brand Instagram carousels and reels from raw inputs. You’ll own prompt design and agent loops, drive visual quality from media generation through rendering, and ship production code in a stack spanning Node, TypeScript, and React. Partner closely with product, content strategy, and design while improving evals and structured outputs for consistently high-performing generative media.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the render pipeline for AI Social, from prompts and agent loops through final media output.
•Design and iterate on prompts, structured outputs, tool-calling workflows, and multi-step agent loops.
•Maintain visual quality of what ships by partnering with engineering and design peers.
•Help transition from exploratory PoC to shipped-to-customers polish using judgment on when to use each mode.
•Collaborate with product and content strategy partners to implement direction and raise the bar on quality.

Key Requirements

•Solid working knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js, with comfort shipping production code.
•Hands-on experience with LLM-driven systems, including prompts, structured outputs, tool-calling, agent loops, and evals.
•At least one shipped piece of generative media in image, video, voice, or music that others have seen and used.
•A portfolio/body of work demonstrating both technical depth and design sensibility.
•A creator practice and grounding in design/visual art/film/motion (formal or self-taught).
