Job Summary

Support a ground systems program within the SISR business unit as part of the Systems Integration and Test organization. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to perform system integration and test through an Agile Release Train, troubleshoot software/hardware integration issues, and maintain automated test scripts for system verification and validation. Help ensure reliable system performance and mission readiness while contributing to Agile software development in an on-site Richardson, TX environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary engineering team to deliver ground system solutions.
•Perform system integration and test activities as part of an Agile Release Train (ART).
•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during software and hardware integration.
•Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for system verification and validation.
•Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues to ensure reliable system performance and mission readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•Experience supporting systems integration and testing for software products in an Agile environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and test automation.
•Experience developing and executing automated tests and troubleshooting/debugging software-based systems and applications.
•Experience working in Linux (Red Hat) environments and developing scripts using Python and/or Perl.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance after your start date.
