Support daily equity settlement operations in a fast-paced capital markets environment. Work closely with the Equity Trading Desk and business teams to process trade confirmations, settlements, and clearing across multiple systems. Handle FX transactions, client data management, and regulatory/MI reporting, while liaising with overseas offices and clients to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.

•Day-to-day support for equity settlement processes including trade confirmations and settlement in multiple systems
•Assist in trade reconciliation, break investigations, and resolution of issues
•Handle stock lending/borrowing transactions and FX related flows with banks
•Produce regulatory reporting and MI reporting for management and regulators
•Liaise with overseas regional offices and clients to ensure timely follow-up and communication

Key Requirements

•1-5 years working in Operations or a similar area; detail oriented and able to work independently under pressure
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent spoken and written English and Korean
•Able to work in a fast-paced capital markets environment and manage multiple tasks
