Job Summary

Lead the care delivery teams across Amae’s Los Altos and San Mateo clinics, managing programs and daily operations for an interdisciplinary behavioral health team. Oversee admissions and intake workflows, help develop individualized treatment plans and level-of-care transitions, and partner with medical and clinical operations leaders to refine innovative processes. Supervise and coordinate daily team meetings while directly supporting complex patients and driving initiatives that improve quality and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide and support teams in day-to-day management while scaling without compromising quality and evolving procedures.
•Oversee admissions and manage intake, supporting individualized treatment plans and level-of-care transitions.
•Partner with the CMO, Medical Directors, and Clinical Operations Team to create, refine, and implement innovative clinical processes.
•Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team, including conducting daily care coordination meetings to oversee treatment plans.
•Directly engage in care for complex patients and devise strategic initiatives to elevate quality and cost-efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 155,000

Key Requirements

•Unrestricted registered license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in California.
•Prior experience working with severe mental illness (SMI), other mental health challenges, and addiction, including creating personalized treatment plans.
•Holistic perspective on health and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations across settings.
•Excellent communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
•Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
