Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assembly and test processes on aerospace hardware, including development of functional test setups.
  • •Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance throughout production activities.
  • •Maintain Certified Operator Status, including job-specific training/certifications and ERP system data entry.
  • •Assemble and test production hardware per systems/procedures and certified operator requirements.
  • •Coordinate with the Production Supervisor on part availability, equipment, production status, and generate non-conforming hardware documentation when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •2 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience or military experience.
  • •Experience using various hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • •Ability to perform low to moderate complexity assembly and test operations following written instructions.
  • •Ability to independently complete tasks without supervision and communicate effectively with the Production Supervisor and team.
