Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead onboarding of new clients and fund launches to ensure operational readiness across Fund Accounting.
  • •Serve as a technical and subject matter expert for fund setup requirements (e.g., transitions, fund launches, in-specie transfers).
  • •Develop and maintain understanding of the industry and Northern Trust systems, infrastructure, and process/data flows.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to clients by solving onboarding challenges and co-creating operating models to meet strategic and operational needs.
  • •Identify and respond to operational risk, minimize errors in deliverables, and support standardization and system enhancement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Current knowledge and experience of Fund Accounting with a strong focus on Luxembourg requirements and CSSF regulations.
  • •Strong experience in alternative and semi-liquid hybrid Luxembourg fund structures.
  • •Detailed knowledge of Enterprise and related Fund Accounting applications, including how systems interface with other systems.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and internal/external client-servicing skills.
  • •Excellent project management skills and ability to contribute to long-term departmental strategy and process automation/standardisation.
