Autonomous Operations Specialist, Equipment Operator

Serve as a Safety Driver and Test Operator for autonomous off-road haul trucks deployed at customer sites across the US. Partner with engineering teams to test new autonomy technologies and provide actionable feedback, while assisting with safety protocol refinement and routine equipment inspections. When needed, operate heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, and bulldozers to support testing and deployment. Maintain accurate operating records and occasionally work nights/weekends.
