Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the design process from inception through construction documentation with the Engineer of Record and technical partners.
  • •Develop and maintain the Design Management Plan; run programming meetings, design reviews, and page-turn sessions.
  • •Identify and resolve design issues and incorporate resolutions into design packages; apply value improvement and facilitate value management/constructability workshops.
  • •Review submittals for compliance, manage RFIs and design changes, and support the Quality Control Program during construction.
  • •Coordinate as-built drawing issuance, participate in lessons learned, track close-out deficiencies/warranty items, and support commissioning plan compliance.
