Job Summary

You will work closely with development and other departments to embed quality requirements from the start of development projects. Using quality project plans, risk analyses, and FMEA, you identify risks early and drive effective measures to protect product quality. Plan and prioritize quality activities, track execution, report status transparently, and support the release of hardware and software components with the required quality evidence.

•Collaborate with development and other departments to ensure quality requirements are built into projects from the start
•Create and use quality project plans, risk analyses, and FMEA to identify risks early and define effective quality safeguards
•Plan and prioritize required quality activities, monitor implementation, and provide transparency on project progress
•Prepare quality status reports and highlight critical developments and required actions early
•Support release of hardware and software components by providing the necessary quality evidence and contributing to meeting quality and schedule targets

Key Requirements

•Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
•Mehrjährige experience in quality planning/quality management or product development
•Routine use of quality methods such as FMEA, risk analyses, and structured quality planning
•Analytical, structured approach to recognize connections and make data-driven decisions
•Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and communicate effectively to align teams on quality goals
