Client Consulting Manager

Lead client-facing consulting engagements for Visa’s clients across Southeast Europe, combining payments expertise with data-driven insights. Identify and shape opportunities, develop proposals and scopes, and manage senior client relationships. Own end-to-end delivery, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and translate complex challenges into actionable plans. Develop fact-based recommendations, create executive-ready materials, and mentor project teams while collaborating with Visa product, risk, marketing, and innovation stakeholders.
