Lead Dyson’s owned retail network end-to-end by driving store performance, elevating customer experience, and scaling operational excellence. Own sales growth and execution across stores, set in-store experience and operational standards, and manage merchandising, visual standards, staffing models, and customer engagement. Partner with cross-functional teams on launches, training, and retail initiatives, analyze KPIs and market trends, and oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and profitability.
