Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and run a PMO governance model for AI initiatives, including intake, prioritization, milestones, RAID, and executive reporting.
  • •Lead stage-gate governance for AI use cases and ensure decisions are supported by data readiness and measurable targets.
  • •Build and maintain a Data Excellence framework covering data mapping, definitions/glossary alignment, ownership/RACI, and quality routines for priority AI datasets and reports.
  • •Deliver standardized analytics products (dashboards, reporting packs, insight narratives) with consistent metric definitions and improved reporting automation.
  • •Act as the business owner for vendor/co-development: define requirements and acceptance criteria, run UAT planning and adoption playbooks, and track AI performance and impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, AI, or related fields.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in PMO and/or data analytics leadership, including AI-related roles (e.g., computer vision, machine learning).
  • •Experience establishing governance and standard reporting, including cross-functional operations coordination.
  • •Strong background in the analytics/AI delivery lifecycle from data readiness through PoC, UAT, go-live, and scaling.
  • •Experience with data governance, data ownership, glossaries, and RACI alignment.
