Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a leading moderation system enabling end-to-end accurate rejection decisions.
  • •Develop interpretable reasoning to support moderation outcomes.

  • •Contribute to a next-generation content understanding system for TikTok monetization, handling adversarial and evolving scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines (completed or graduating within 12 months).
  • •Hands-on experience implementing, training, or deploying models for Ads, Search, Recommender Systems, NLP, CV, Multimodal, or Agent technologies.
  • •Familiarity with large language model fundamentals (pre-training, fine-tuning, prompting, inference, and deployment) with practical experience in at least one stage.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean/testable code, version control, and end-to-end debugging of complex systems.
  • •Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
