  • •Architect the Company’s Future by defining the long-term trajectory of Twin Health’s product design system and supporting decade-long growth.
  • •Drive rapid iteration and deployment in a fast-paced environment while balancing high-velocity execution with architectural integrity.
  • •Establish System Governance with contribution models, documentation standards, and version control to scale the system quickly across the organization.
  • •Maintain an uncompromising bar for visual design and craft, landing on a compelling visual direction from scratch.
  • •Measure adoption and impact by partnering with engineering and product leaders to quantify the design system’s effect on product quality and velocity.
