Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle recruitment for internship, co-op, and graduate opportunities across Canada, from attraction and assessment through offers and onboarding.
  • •Partner with business and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
  • •Build relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career centers to strengthen Aon’s campus presence.
  • •Create a clear, inclusive, engaging candidate experience across the recruiting process.
  • •Manage candidate records and recruiting workflows in Aon’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), coordinating with recruiting operations and onboarding partners to support smooth transitions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and maintaining accurate, confidential candidate records.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • •French Canadian fluency.
  • •One or more years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting high-volume hiring, campus recruiting, university relations, or early-careers programs.
  • •Experience engaging, assessing, or recruiting students, interns, or recent graduates.
