Key Responsibilities

  • •Construct and frame truss, wall, or floor components, or assemble finished products per customer specifications.
  • •Complete work area setup and ensure workspaces are safe, clean, and organized.
  • •Operate required hand tools (e.g., hammer, miter saw, reciprocating saw, nail gun, tape measure).
  • •Perform routine quality control checks on measurements, assembly technique, and production standards; identify and report defects.
  • •Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklists and perform end-of-shift clean up; participate in safety and CI programs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
  • •6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience preferred (no minimum experience required).
  • •Working knowledge of basic math.
  • •Use proper hammer technique and safety practices to prevent strain or injury; good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Able to stand for extended periods, tolerate hot/cold weather exposure, and safely lift lumber repeatedly.
