Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Data & Analytics expertise on Crafting & Supply business processes and process innovations from functional and technical perspectives.
  • •Support the product manager with product backlog development and maintenance, including improvement opportunities.
  • •Create user stories with acceptance criteria, scenarios, and estimate business value and tech requirements for backlog items.
  • •Prepare user acceptance test cases, training/user manuals, and provide post go-live support.
  • •Engage with Data & Analytics stakeholders to build business analysis artifacts (e.g., process maps, specifications, wireframes) and contribute to gap analysis, modeling, and report/interface/form/conversion design and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Data & Analytics with an agile mindset and applied agile business analysis principles.
  • •Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • •Strong proficiency in requirements analysis and design within Data & Analytics.
  • •Client-facing skills to analyze complex problems and influence/negotiation with customers.
  • •Able to translate business processes and targets into data & analytics requirements and specifications.
