Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience analyzing, designing, and/or testing microwave/RF systems, subsystems, and/or components.
  • •Experience using electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, and/or Mentor Graphics Xpedition) and analytical tools (MATLAB).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Preferred experience from concept through production, including translating system specs into hardware requirements and test specifications.
