Service Technician

Provide high-level, in-person consumer service while resolving appliance issues across Vaughan. Coordinate findings and remedies with the RSM and technical teams, and support training and technical communications from a VG perspective. Maintain relationships with third parties, interact daily with colleagues and dispatch/customer care, and be available on short notice. Manage van tools, inventory, schedules, and email communications, using Miele systems on computer.
