Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate show ticketing and year-round audience recruiting strategies to fill studio seats.
  • •Forecast seasonal audience needs and manage cost-effective ticket distribution across assigned channels.
  • •Coordinate Page staff and training for ticketing policies and in-studio audience loading procedures.
  • •Coordinate VIP/client and group bookings with producers and Guest Relations, implementing special arrangements when approved.
  • •Ensure audience logistics and safety, including ADA-related accommodations, and resolve visitor complaints.
