Job Summary

Serve as a strategic business partner to the sales team, guiding revenue growth decisions through business analysis and consultation. Work with leadership, KAMs, Demand Planning, and Regional Sales to analyze performance, promotions, initiatives, and profitability. Lead sales forecasting and fully loaded marginal contribution analysis and reporting, and support strategic and annual operating plan development while coordinating with Corporate Planning for revenue growth initiatives.

•Partner with sales and marketing to develop and execute the company’s revenue growth management strategy.
•Provide financial leadership to maximize net revenue growth and profitability, including analytics for promotions, price, pack, mix, and trade incentives.
•Analyze market share data to assess price performance and competitive trends, and recommend corrective actions.
•Oversee rolling sales forecasts for accuracy and ensure fully loaded financials are accurate and up to date.
•Assist KAMs and sales leadership with developing the strategic and annual operating plan.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
•5-8 years of relevant analyst experience.
•5+ years of relevant business experience in an FP&A role (preferred).
•Financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting experience.
•Expert Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
