Job Summary

Lead and optimize the Smartsheet platform while directing complex IT infrastructure programs within the DCN portfolio. Drive enterprise workflows, governance, automation, and reporting; collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to enable digital transformation, data center modernization, and cloud initiatives.

Location: Charlotte, Atlanta

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Smartsheet Administration & Platform Management: manage licenses, user accounts, permissions; configure and maintain workspaces, sheets, dashboards, reports, and WorkApps; design automated workflows and approval processes; develop templates and governance; ensure data integrity and security; monitor usage and troubleshoot.
•IT Program & Project Management (DCN Portfolio): lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure programs across DCN with adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality; drive IT strategy with IT partners; establish standardized PM practices and reusable solutions.
•Program delivery: manage programs involving Data center migrations/consolidations, Cloud transformations, and Network/security implementations; provide end-to-end ownership and executive-level status reporting.
•Vendor & RFP support: assist with vendor selection and contract negotiations; coordinate across multiple projects and resources.
•Team leadership & cross-functional collaboration: coach and mentor project managers; lead cross-functional teams and drive an aligned, One Honeywell approach.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent experience.
•Experience administering Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
•Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
•Proven experience managing IT infrastructure programs/projects, including servers (physical & virtual), storage, and network devices; data center buildouts and migrations; and network security implementations.
•Exposure to industry trends such as digital transformation, cloud technologies, and data centers.
