Job Summary

Perform hand and machine fusion welding (MIG and TIG) to construct powder containers and fabricate stainless steel extrusion cans. Prepare parts for fabrication by grinding, polishing, and cleaning, then seal and prepare cans for shipment. Carry out routine equipment maintenance with minimal supervision, troubleshoot minor fabrication issues, and support continuous improvement and EH&S initiatives while wearing required PPE.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform fusion welding (MIG and TIG) to construct powder containers.
•Fabricate stainless steel extrusion cans, including preparation tasks like grinding, polishing, and cleaning.
•Perform routine maintenance on equipment to optimize uptime with little to no supervision.
•Seal and prepare cans for shipment while complying with company rules and regulations.
•Support continuous improvement and CORE/EH&S initiatives, including wearing required PPE.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

•Must be able to wear a respirator and perform physical job tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.
