Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily FHS operational performance across cost, quality, and lead-time, managing the local interface with customers to secure satisfaction.
  • •Oversee contractual service level adherence through clear KPI reporting, and support Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) situations including AOG proof and MEL as applicable.
  • •Define and monitor improvement plans; address operational issues and manage escalation through crisis management and special customer meetings.
  • •Coordinate Entry Into Service (EIS) activities for new component deals, including planning, interface manual deliverables, readiness/training for customer tool usage, and initial delivery drumbeat.
  • •Own material and operational activities including good receipt confirmation in the FHS Portal, return of core units, planned demand management, retrofit campaign entry, and managing/collecting delivery evidence and documents.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering, quality, program/business management, purchasing, or aerospace (or equivalent education).
  • •Minimum three (3) years of experience in the aviation or supply chain industry.
  • •Fluent English (spoken & written) and Chinese; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment.
  • •Good knowledge of airline operations and/or Flight Hour Services activities.
  • •Ability to manage customer communications and conflicts, organize priorities, work autonomously, and lead problem definition via matrix coordination.
